Starting a Serious Discussion About the Documentary Hypothesis

This post from Vridar has a good discussion of Russ Gmirkin's criticism of the Documentary Hypothesis.  As I intend to show, the nature and order of the four sources are better explained and understood by the geopolitical reality of Ptolemaic-Seleucid relations from the 3rd century BCE through the middle of the 2nd century BCE.
